USB4000-VIS-NIR微型光纤光谱仪可覆盖350-1000nm的波长范围,采用3648像素的东芝线性CCD阵列以增强信噪比和电子特性控制光谱仪器及其附件
主要特点:
USB4000-VIS-NIR 光谱仪采用“USB”光学平台。使用可变长通滤光片消除二级和三级衍射的影响,配有25μm的入射狭缝以及探测器紫外增强。波长范围达到350-1000nm, 光学分辨率为1.5nm(FWHM)。
可编程微控制器
USB4000-VIS-NIR光谱仪有一个板载的可编程微控制器可对光谱仪及其附件进行控制。通过22针的接口,您可以进行许多操作包括控制外部光源,从外部对象获取数据。还提供8个可编程的数字I/O端口连接到别的设备。
光学特性
USB4000-VIS-NIR光谱仪采用高性能的3648像素线性CCD阵列探测器,整个光学平台只有手掌那么大。光谱仪接收来自光纤的光能通过固定的狭缝和光栅投射到探测器上,可提供波长范围在350-1000nm的光谱。
模块化设计
当您购买了USB4000-VIS-NIR光谱仪后,您可以方便的从海洋光学的生产线中寻找您所需要的光学附件。大多数的附件都采用SMA905的接口,您只要简单地旋出连接器就可以更换或添加采样附件,包括光源,样品池,滤光片,流通池,光纤探头,传感器,聚焦镜,衰减器,漫反射标准,积分球和光纤跳线。
即插即用
USB4000-VIS-NIR光谱仪可通过USB2.0接口或RS-232串口连接到电脑,PLC和嵌入式系统中。当使用串口通讯时,需要5伏供电。每个光谱仪都有自己特有的参数存贮在光谱仪的内存中,通过光谱仪软件可以读出这些数据。
串口操作
当使用串口通讯时,需要5伏供电。光谱仪软件SpectraSuite并不提供串口的通讯,不过您可以通过串口指令集来编写您自己控制代码。
