HR4000CG-UV-NIR复合光栅光谱仪采用专利光栅技术,并使用滤光片消除二三级衍射的影响,从而达到200-1100nm波长范围和0.75nm光学分辨率(FWHM)。

复合光栅和滤光片
所有CG系列光谱仪都使用HC-1光栅,它是一种专利的可变闪耀波长光栅,提供的波长范围为200-1100nm。(请参照HC-1光栅效率曲线)。除了复合光栅,每个CG系列光谱仪还采用了OFLV-200-1100可变长通滤光片以消除二级和三级衍射的影响。光栅和滤光片在出厂时就已经安装并固定。
200-1100nm 波长范围,0.75到1.0nm分辩率
HR4000CG光谱仪采用5微米狭缝,专利的HC-1光栅和消除二、三级衍射的滤光片可覆盖200-1100nm的波长范围,光学分辩率可达到0.75nm(FWHM)。HR4000CG光谱仪使用"HR"光学平台,探测器窗口升级为UV4紫外窗片,用来增强光谱仪在紫外区的响应。HR4000CG光谱仪是HR2000CG光谱仪的升级产品,使用3648像元的线性CCD阵列探测器,并且在200-1100波长范围内提供最好的光学分辨率。
程序微控制器
HR4000CG光谱仪有一个板载的程序控制器可对光谱仪及其附件进行控制。通过30针的接品口,您可以进行许多操作包括控制外部光源,从外部对象获取数据。还提供10个可编程的数字I/O口连接到别的设备,一个模拟输出,一个模拟输入和一个信号发生器用于外部触发。
