S1024DW大阱深探测器光谱仪details Document
S1024DW是标准阱深光谱仪,其二极管阵列探测器的信噪比为 2500:1。S1024DWX具有更大的阱深,信噪比为8000:1。
理想的高光强应用光学平台
S1024DW采用"USB"(也称作"S")系列光谱的光路结构,可以根据具体不同的应用来配置光路。具体选项有入射孔径、探测器附件、滤光片及光栅等等。
S1024DW光学平台的操作和USB4000光路结构很相似。
S1024DW光路结构通过光纤采集光信号并经光栅分光到1024个高灵敏度光电二极管组成的阵列上,而在USB4000中采用的是3648像元的CCD阵列。
可集成的系统,适合多点采样
在S1024DW光谱仪的主通道上可以附加多至7个辅助通道用以 多点采样,可以用来扩展探测的波长范围或监视参考光谱。所有通道都通过一个ADC1000-USB A/D转换器进行数据采集,每个通道轮流工作,总共8个光谱仪通道的数据同时采集。ADC1000-USB转换器通过USB接口连接S1024DW到PC。可以分开购买S1024DW和ADC1000-USB,或同时作为一个整体(S1024DW-USB)购买。
