This series of diode-pumped Nd:YVO₄ lasers is one of the most compact CW green lasers available. Both 20mm and 12mm dia. models are available and are suitable for a variety of plug and play operations. The modules can be easily operated with the included compact 110V power supply. Safety features include beam shutter, LED indicator on transformer, and 4 ft. power cable from head to power supply. Typical diode lifetime is appox. 5,000 hrs. at 25°C.

Micro 12mm Dia. lasers have optional aluminum heat sink, approx. 16mm sq. x 50mm L. Optional glass Line Generator Optics are available only for 20mm sizes (slip-fit over diameter).

Applications include: pointing, medical, signal transmission, wafer inspection, micro-material processing, particle counting, spectroscopy, etc.

Note: A user-supplied heat sink is highly recommended with our 20mm diameter modules. Low power (0.5 to 1mW) lasers are temperature sensitive and the output can go higher than 1mW with higher temperatures.
