ML-308 Excimer Laser For Dermatology

Technical сharacteristics
ML- 308 excimer lasers are xenon chloride (XeCl) lasers that deliver concentrated, but painless, high-dose radiation directly to psoriatic and depigmented lesions without exposing surrounding healthy tissue. Unlike conventional UVB systems that emit wavelengths from 290 to 320 nm, ML- 308 excimer lasers deliver only monochromatic 308 nm, clinically proven the most efficacious wavelength for treating psoriasis and vitiligo. The lightguide equipped with handpieces of various spot size allows precise target treatment of affected tissue quickly, easily, and accurately without collateral damage to healthy skin. ML-308 excimer lasers safely deliver higher treating dosages compared to conventional UVB or PUVA due to the capability to precisely target only affected skin cells,
Indications:
- Psoriasis
- Vitiligo
- Eczema
- Herpes
- Neurodermitis
Advantages:
- superior clinical efficacy for psoriasis
- cumulative dose required for the complete clearance of psoriatic plaques is several times less than with narrowband UVB phototherapy, hence more safe
- xenon chloride (XeCl) laser proved to be the strongest apoptosis inducer
- intense targeted phototherapy without hazard to the uninvolved adjacent skin
- provides long-lasting relief — typically several months free of symptoms
- quick, free of pain easy treatment — sessions last only a few minutes
- relief without messy creams and daily skin care regimen
- Neurodermitis
